50 nm ceramic membrane and 100 kD and 10 kD organic membrane were used to separate the reconstitution tobacco extract, the obtained fractions were analyzed by GC-MS analysis, principal component analysis of volatile components, evaluation cigarette paper flavoring, and particle composition analysis of flavoring cigarette smoke. The results showed that 68, 45, 45, 7 and 36 volatile components were detected in the unseparated component ( M0), 50 nm ceramic membrane interception component (M2), 100 kD organic membrane interception component ( M4), 10 kD organic membrane permeation component ( M5) and 10 kD organic membrane interception component ( M6), respectively, and the total volatile components were 1 109.03 µg/mL, 1 042. 14 µg/mL, 828. 02 µg/mL,92. 00 µg/mL,762. 42 µg/mL, widely existing in the five components were nicotine, 2,2'-meth-ylene bis-(4-methyl-6-tert-butylpheno. The unique components of M5 were 2-ethylhexanol and cis-1-(cyclohexylm-ethyl) -4-ethyl cyclohexane. The results of principal component analysis of M5 component were similar to M2 to a certain extent, but there were obvious differences with the other three components. The main components that affected the flavor of M5 were 2-ethylhexanol, cis-1-(cyclohexylmethyl)-4-ethyl cyclohexane. When M5 were added to cigarette paper, the sensory evaluation effect of cigarette was the best, the phenolic, alkane and benzene components in the smoked significantly increased, and the individual flavor components ( such as methyl cyclopen-taenol ketone, (+)-vanorene, etc. ) also increased, which had a significant flavoring effect. A series of coatings with high barrier properties were prepared by using environmental-friendly polymer material polyvinyl alcohol as matrix and modified by natural lipid. Cigarette packet blanks were coated with the prepared coating solutions, the water vapor barrier of the blanks was tested before and after coating. In addition, the effects of coating on the physical moisture retentivity, moisture resistance and flavor keeping performance of cigarettes were studied. The results showed that compared with the uncoated blanks, the water vapor transmission rates of coated blanks significantly decreased with the largest drop of 83. 23%; under the same conditions, the total moisture loss in dry environment and the total moisture absorption amount in humid environment of the cigarettes packed in a packet with a coated blank decreased by 16. 81% and 18. 03% respectively. In conclusion, the water vapor barrier of packet blank was increased by coating, and the physical moisture retentivity and moisture resistance of cigarettes were significantly promoted accordingly. To make better use of discarded tobacco leaves and yield caramel spices for tobacco with obvious sweetness and rich fragrance, synergistic caramel products by extrusion method were developed on the basis of the caramel reactions. The single factor experiment was used to determine the preparation process of the synergistic caramel products. GC-MS detection and sensory evaluation were used to analyze the flavor components of the products and the applicability of the preparation process. The results show that the optimal mass fraction of glucose was 30%. The extrusion temperature of area III 170 °C and area II 150 °C was suitable. Compared with the control group, the aroma components content of the synergistic caramel products were increased by 4.4 folds, and the contents of tobacco terpenes fragrances were also significantly increased. The synergistic caramel products could improve the flavor richness, sweetness and taste of cigarette. A water-soluble polysaccharide (GLP-2) was isolated and purified from Ganoderma lucidum by the microwave-assisted freeze-thaw method. Microwave-assisted rapid thawing treatment can greatly improve the extraction yield of polysaccharides. The chemical structure of GLP-2 was analyzed with FT-IR, HPLC, GC-MS, and NMR spectrometry. It was proved that GLP-2 is mainly composed of β-1,3-glucose and β-1,6-glucose. The chain conformation of GLP-2 was analyzed by SEC-MALLS-RI, indicating that GLP-2 adopts semi-rigid chain conformation. Its molecular weight is 16.7 × 104, and its molecular size is about 61.2 nm. MTT assay indicated that GLP-2 was non-toxic to RAW 264.7 cells in vitro. The results of anti-inflammatory studies showed that GLP-2 can inhibit the production of NO, TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 in RAW 264.7 macrophage stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The above data showed that the extraction method used in this study can obtain a high-yield polysaccharide with anti-inflammatory activity.
